SO WHAT NOW?

After so long on the search, I am once again faced with another 'cul-de-sac' as far as looking for the ideal company. Good Marketing Plan, good products but the management's integrity? Questionable.

PERFECT COMPANY?
Of course, there is no such thing as the perfect company i.e. low entry, cheap products, over the moon unrealistically high bonuses.

MLM is a business. If a Company pays out more than the sales generated, that enterprise is doomed right from Day 1.

But what do we look for?

1. COMPANY WITH INTEGRITY. Honours and delivers what ever is due. Bonuses paid on time. World Class quality products. Appreciates that we are the Company's business partners and always working on a win-win relationship.

2. VISIONARY & MISSIONARY COMPANY. Looks beyond profit & loss. Understands that business is built by people with dreams & aspirations not by marketing plans & great products alone.

3. FAIR MARKETING PLAN. Rewards the business builders without just milking their efforts dry & yet not getting anywhere, financially. Efforts that could provide life long income with the right Marketing Plan.

4. GOOD HIGH REPEAT SALES PRODUCTS. Excellent products reasonably priced - naturally attracting consumers to buy month after month.

5. POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT. Establishing a CULTURE of LIFE LONG EDUCATION.


OBSERVATIONS ON WORLD GIANT MLM COMPANIES








1. PROFITS
The Company must be reasonably profitable to justify good profits to investors & shareholders. Otherwise, they might as well DEPOSIT their money in a bank and wait for returns on their deposits. No business can survive without at least a 30% margin.

2. PAY OUTS
MLM GIANTS from the US with global businesses, have always had their bonus pay out to a 50% maximum. The truth is, after expenses & products costs & other business operating expenses, it would not leave the company very much but still reasonably comfortable to honour their promises to business builders. It is always about a fair margin geared towards building volumes.

3. PRODUCTS: World Class quality products.

4. BUSINESS PLANS ALWAYS CREATED FOR GENUINE HUGE RESIDUAL INCOME. Members work very hard to build the foundation and enjoy huge handsfree income for the rest of their lives as their businesses grow.

5. POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT
The Companies always provide a culture towards building pride & loyalty. Recognitions, rewards, life long educations are always integral part of their Corporate Strategy.

CLOSING
So where is the ideal company designed for our Asian markets with good products affordably priced to our less affluent Asian market?

As far as Malaysian companies, a few has stood out in the Asian region. K-Link, Melilea & CNI are just the handful that crossed the mind that have been around for more than 5-7 years establishing themselves firmly in the market. Others have made themselves into day light robbers & wannabe clowns of the industry.

SO MUHAMAD?
I have cut myself from almost everybody for past 4-6 weeks. Refused to answer calls or even sms unless a matter of life or death. Time to reflect & think.

Bill Gates does it twice a year. His 'THINK WEEKEND's out of which many great produts of Microsoft were conceived & & created.

If all search leads to nowhere, perhaps that GUY up there is telling me something... This time, I have no choice but to take the road less traveled.
